贵州某钒铅矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:贵州某钒-铅矿中V_2O_5的品位为0.66%、Pb的品位为6.27%、Zn的品位为2.64%,对该矿采用重选-浮选联合的原则流程,通过条件试验确定各浮选作业的最佳技术参数,最终确定先重选,摇床尾矿再通过浮选"一粗三精二扫"中矿依次返回上一层的闭路试验流程,可获得铅品位31.45%,回收率为61.55%的铅精矿1,其中钒品位10.60%,回收率90.62%;铅品位30.26%,回收率为26.07%的铅精矿2,得到铅的总回收率为87.62%,钒的总回收率为95.96%。

Abstract:The grade of V2O5 in vanadinite in Guizhou is 0.66%, the grade of Pb is 6.27%, and the grade of Zn is 2.64%. In this paper, the principle process of combined gravity and flotation is adopted to determine the best technical parameters of each flotation operation through condition test, First gravity Separation, the shaker tailings will then return to the upper layer of the closed-circuit test process by flotation "one-roughing, three-cleaning, two-scavenging Obtain lead concentrate 1, lead grade was 31.45%, and the recovery rate was 61.55%. Vanadium grade was 10.60%, and the recovery rate was 90.62%. Lead concentrate 2 ,Lead grade is 30.26%, recovery is 26.07%, obtain all lead recovery is 87.62%, all vanadium recovery is 95.96%.
