摘    要:以TC4钛合金棒料为试验对象,以数控车床作为试验平台,对空冷辅助车削钛合金端面的切削速度、背吃刀量、进给量等主要工艺参数进行正交试验研究。采用灰色关联分析法,对工件表面粗糙度、刀具磨损量以及工件表面硬度等工艺目标进行综合评价,使多工艺目标转化为单一考察指标,得到了最佳的工艺优化组合方案,并提高了试验效率。研究结果证明:用灰色关联分析法优化后的工艺参数能够有效降低工件表面粗糙度,减少刀具磨损,使工件硬度更符合切削要求。

Abstract:TC4 titanium alloy bar was used as the test object,and the NC lathe was used as the test platform.The orthogonal test results were carried out on the cutting process speed,back feeding amount and feed rate of the air cooled auxiliary turning titanium alloy end face.The gray correlation analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate the process targets such as surface roughness,tool wear and surface hardness of the workpiece,so that the multi process target was transformed into a single inspection index,and the optimal process optimization combination scheme was obtained,and the test effectiveness was improved.The research results show that the optimized process parameters of the gray correlation analysis method can effectively reduce the surface roughness of the workpiece,reduce the tool wear and make the hardness of the workpiece more in line with the cutting requirements.
