露天矿高台阶爆破克服大抵抗线的方法及应用

摘    要:针对露天矿高台阶爆破中存在大抵抗线问题,提出采用钻机联合作业,并结合"大孔距,小排距"爆破技术来克服大抵抗线。采用孔径为310mm的牙轮钻机和孔径为165mm的潜孔钻机联合作业的方式进行布孔,在两个前排310mm垂直孔中间增加三个平行于台阶坡面165mm的倾斜孔,爆破设计采用"大孔距,小排距"爆破技术。依据该方法,进行了高台阶爆破方案设计,现场爆破效果良好,爆堆堆置整齐且无大块和根底。研究结果表明:该方法有效地解决了露天矿高台阶爆破中大抵抗线问题,最大程度保证了钻机穿孔效率,使爆破经济合理化。

Abstract:With regard to the great resistance line problem in high bench blasting of open pit mining, it is presented the method which combined the joint operation of drilling equipment with the blasting technique of big pitch and small array pitch. That is the layout chart of the drill hole based on the joint operation of the otary drill rig and in-the-hole drill. The bore diameter of otary drill rig is 310 mm, and the bore diameter of the in-the-hole drill is 165mm. The arrangement is to add three inclined holes of 165mm between two 310mm vertical holes in the front row, and the inclined holes parallel to the bench slope. The blasting technique adopts the big pitch and small array pitch. According to this method, the design of high bench blasting is carried out. The blasting effect is good in the field. The blasting muckpile is neatly stacked. And there are no big blocks and no roots in the blasting muckpile. The results showed that this method not only can effectively solve the problem of great resistance line, but also can guarantee the drilling efficiency to the most extent and make blasting economical and rational.
