| 摘 要： | 针对金融危机下高职院校机械类毕业生的就业形势,借助SWOT分析的方法,分析了金融危机给机械类毕业生就业带来的机遇和挑战,以及机械类毕业生自身的优势和劣势,最后对如何促进机械类毕业生就业提出了对策。
