基于遗传算法的交互式齿轮优化设计方法研究

摘    要:常规的齿轮设计方法通常需要花费大量时间,通过数次试算才能得到一个较好的设计结果,采用一般的非线性和线性优化方法注解起来也比较困难。为此,本文以渐开线标准直齿圆柱齿轮为例,提出了一种基于遗传算法的交互式优化设计方法,对于设计原始数据,设计要求及设计过程中的经验型中间结果采用交互式输入,而对其他主要设计变量采用遗传算法进行优化。

Abstract:It usually costs time and needs repetitious try to get a preferable gear design result when using classical mechanical design method. It is a pity that non-linear and linear optimization design methods are not also adaptive for gear optimization design very much. Taking normal involute spur gear as an example, this paper advances an optimization design approach, combining genetic algorithm with interactive data input to deal with gear optimization design. Original design data, design requirement and experiential design results are interactively input, on the other hand, some primary performance-pertinent variables are optimized using genetic algorithm. This paper first gives the structure and flow of the approach, followed by the optimization design model for gear. Then how to treat with objective functions and constraint functions in genetic algorithm is analyzed and related. Finally, we conduct a design example which validates the advanced approach in this paper.
