摘    要:破碎岩体加速加固是矿山和岩土工程中抢险救灾常用的技术。针对工程中经常出现因化学加固材料选择不当而诱发二次事故的现状,在对化学加固材料属性分类研究的基础上,建立了加固材料数据库;针对岩体快速加固的工程要求,提出了岩体完整性的分级方法;在此基础上,根据具体加固工程要求的加固速度、加固强度和成本以及加固工程的地质环境,研制了岩体化学加固材料快速优选的决策支持系统;通过在对山东某煤矿1409工作面快速加固时应用该系统,验证了化学加固材料分类方法和针对化学加固的岩体完整性分级方法的合理性。本文的研究结果可以作为岩体加速加固设计的理论依据和辅助工具。

Abstract:Broken rock accelerative consolidation technology is commonly used for the emergencies and natural disasters in mining engineering and geotechnical engineering.In light of the present secondary accidents induced by proper selection of chemical consolidation materials,, a consolidation material database is established based on the study of the classification of chemical consolidation material properties. In view of the engineering requirements of broken rock accelerative consolidation, a rock mass integrity classification method is proposed. Based on this, a decision support system for a rapid optimal selection of chemical consolidation material for rock mass is developed in consideration of the consolidation speed, strength and cost required by the specific consolidation engineering and its geological environment. Its application in the rapid consolidation of No. 1409 working face in a coal mine in Shandong has verified the rationality of the classification method for chemical consolidation materials and the rock mass integrity classification method for chemical consolidation. The research results can be used as the theoretical basis and auxiliary means for rock mass accelerative consolidation design.
