LT348电路的研制

FABRICATION OF CIRCUIT LT348

This paper discusses circuit,layout and technology design of LT348. The circuit is successfully developed and applied. LT348 consists of four independent,high gain, internally compensated,low power consumption operational amplifiers which have been designed to provide functional characteristics identical to those of the familiar 741 operational amplifier. And the total supply current for all four amplifiers is comparable to the supply current of single 741 type op amp Furthermore, LT348 has much lower input offset currents and input bias current than those of a standard 741.
