摘    要:本文介绍了LT348的电路、版图和工艺设计。LT348是由四个功能和741组件等同而又各自独立的高增益、内补偿、低功耗运放器组成,并且它的电源电流可以和单个的741典型运放器相比拟。此外,它还具有比标准74正低得多的输入失调电流和输入偏流的特征。

Abstract:This paper discusses circuit,layout and technology design of LT348. The circuit is successfully developed and applied. LT348 consists of four independent,high gain, internally compensated,low power consumption operational amplifiers which have been designed to provide functional characteristics identical to those of the familiar 741 operational amplifier. And the total supply current for all four amplifiers is comparable to the supply current of single 741 type op amp Furthermore, LT348 has much lower input offset currents and input bias current than those of a standard 741.
