JS-872型磨矿过程控制系统研究

摘    要:本文分析了球磨机一螺旋分级机闭路磨矿过程的控制对象特性,提出自动校正设定值的给矿量定值控制和分级机溢流浓度及其流量的控制策略,吸取了常用的控制方式,研制成JS-872型控制系统,经过五年多的工业运行,取得了良好的技术经济效果。

Abstract:Controlled object characteristics of the closed-circuit grinding process of ball mill with spiral classifiers are described in detail in this paper. Based on the specially designed control scheme and some common control algorithms, a JS- 872 type control system is developed, which includes the self-adjusting set-point control system of feed rate for grinding mills, and the constant value control system of classifier overflow density and flow rate, providing all the relevant data and operating records. The system has been applied in a medium scale mineral processing plant for more than five years, and has obtained beneficial results both in technology and economics.
