摘    要:利用棉纤维与Aerocool纤维混纺织造机织面料。设计不同原料比例、不同组织结构等工艺参数,着重讨论了Aerocool高透湿机织物的吸水、快干、透湿性能。试验发现:Aerocool纤维含量是影响织物吸湿排汗性能的重要指标;织物内部松紧结构对织物吸湿透湿性能影响较大;不同排列比对织物吸湿性能影响不大。

Abstract:Several woven fabrics were woven with cotton Aeroeool blended yarns. The performance of absorbency, easy dry and moisture permeability were tested under different fiber material roportions, structures and so on. The results show that the content of Aeroeool fiber is the key faeor effeeting the moisture adsorpotion and sweat removing performance. The tightness structure of the fabric has a great influence on the moistrue adsorption and permeability; but the difference in yarn arrangement has little influence on the moisture adsorption ability.
