一种通用式四探头阻抗测量系统的设计

摘    要:针对传统阻抗分析仪的弊端,设计了一种通用式四探头结构的阻抗测量系统。该系统前端采用四探头结构,与前端放大电路、主测量电路、通讯显示与控制部分组成整个测量系统。主电路使用模数混合式自动平衡电桥、正交电压调节系统、正交电压解调系统,使系统测量快速、准确。该系统适用于各种固体、液体材料的阻抗测量。

Abstract:To overcome the defects of conventional universal impedance measure instruments, this paper introduces a universal impedance measurement system with four probes.The system’s front structure uses four probes.Besides,the system includes a front amplifier circuit,a main measurement circuit,a communication unit,a display,and a control unit.With an analog digital mixed balance bridge,a quadrature voltage modulation system,and a quadrature voltage demodu-lation system,the main measurement circuit ensures rapid and accurate measurement of the sys-tem.The system is suitable for measuring almost all kinds of solids and liquids.
