摘    要:1100MW核电汽轮发电机径向气隙隔板设置于该发电机励端定子端部与转子护环之间,这样可增大转子线圈及定子铁心的冷却风量,降低定、转子温升,但是隔板高度过高又会导致发电机总风量和风扇压头的大幅度变化,对发电机的温升和安全运行有一定的影响。通过CFD软件对气隙入口段建立数值模型,得到了发电机气隙隔板阻力随高度的变化关系。通过通风计算程序,得到了气隙隔板高度对发电机总风量、风扇压头、定转子风量的影响关系,推荐了较合适的气隙隔板高度范围,型式试验表明,计算的结果保留了一定的裕度,气隙隔板高度的选取是合理的。

Abstract:Between the rotor retaining ring and the stator core in the exciter end of the 1 IOOMW nuclear power turbo-generator, there was a radial air-gap baffle, which was used for increasing the cooling gas flow to rotor coils and stator core, so as to reduce the temperature rise of these components. However, the extremely high baffle design would result in the great variation of the total gas flow of the generator and the fan pressure, influenced on the tempera- ture rise and safe operation of the generator significantly. CFD software was employed to establish the mathematic model of the entrance region flow of the air-gap field, so as to get the relationship of the resistance characteristics via the height of the baffle. By means of the ventilation computation program, the relationship between the baffle height and such data as the total gas flow, the fan pressure, volume flow of rotor coils and stator core vent-tubes was summarized. The suitable range of the baffle height was recommended after comparing with the typical test results. The calculated values in this paper retained within a certain allowance. It was proved that the baffle design was reason- able.
