磁钢固定工艺对永磁同步电机输出转矩的影响

摘    要:针对目前永磁电机表贴式磁钢常用的几种固定工艺,利用Ansoft有限元分析软件,得到各固定工艺情况下电机的磁场分布、齿槽转矩、负载输出转矩和负载气隙磁密数据。为该类电机的设计改进、性能分析及成本的降低提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Against the several frequently-used surface magnet fixed processing methods, the different data such as field distribution, cogging torque, load output torque and load gas density were found to be varied when using differ- ent fixed processing by means of Ansoft software, thus, the theoretical foundation had been set up for optimizing the design procedure, performance analysis and cost reducing for this kind of electric machines.
