摘    要:电机定、转子冲片冲裁工艺中有许多情况需要使用复合模具冲制。当冲制较大直径电机冲片复合模具时,冲裁力很大,有时受条件限制没有大吨位压力机,无法冲裁。经试验,找到一种可以减少冲裁力的方法,从而解决实际的生产问题。

Abstract:Frequently, the composite mould would be applied into the processing of the motors' stator and rotor punching. The higher the diameter of the motor punch- ing, the greater the blanking force of the composite mould. Sometimes, there was no way to carry on the large-tonnage punching due to lacking of the large-size press. A way to re- duce the demanded blanking force was found so as to solve this kind of problem in the production.
