摘    要:介绍了西气东输管道对接焊缝射线检测标准的编制依据以及检测、验收部分的技术特点,并就焊缝缺欠尺寸的控制,与API STD 1104~1999和EN25817-1992标准作了重点对比。该标准在检测技术方面与GB3323~1987和JB4730~1994的AB级相当;验收部分是从缺欠长度和缺欠黑度限额两个指标控制的,较为合理,与EN25817-1992和ISO5817-1992相当,比API STD 1104-1999偏严,又增加了对黑度的控制。

Abstract:The basis for compiling radiographic testing standard of pipeline girth welds for West to East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project, as well as the technological features of the chapters and sections of detection, check and acceptance, are introduced. Comparison of the size control of welding seam defect with the standards of API STD 1104 - 1999 and EN 25817 - 1992 is also made. This standard is equivalent in detective technique aspect to AB grade of GB 3323 - 1987 and JB 4730 - 1994; The control indexes in the check and acceptance section are both defect length and defect blackness, therefore that is relatively rational and is equivalent to EN 25817 - 1992 and ISO 5817 --1992, and is more strict than that of API STD 1104 - 1999. In addition, the content of blackness control is supplemented.
