| Abstract: | The paper describes the education system in Germany. Several outstanding features of German career-education are analyzed in detail. The career-education was valued by all the people in Germany. The career-education was guaranteed by law. The dual-system career-education was adopted. The core of career-education was enterprise. The item education method was extensively used. Training and examination was separated. The precious knowledge of German dual-system career-education can be learned. The cooperation training mode of college and enterprise should be adopted. |
