关于催化裂化装置中烟气能量回收机组配置形式的探讨

摘    要:介绍了催化裂化装置中主风机与烟气轮机能量回收机组的配置类型,分析了国内现存烟气能量回收机组的配置状态,通过类比冶金行业高炉风机与高炉烟气能量回收机组的配置,建议改变烟气轮机与主风机的配置形式,采用超越离合器,为用户长周期高效运行提供有力的保障。

Abstract:The configuration of main air blower and flue gas expander train in FCCU were introduced. The configurations of existing flue gas expander trains in FCCUs in China were studied.Through the comparison of the configurations of furnace air blower and furnace flue gas power recovery train in steel plants,it is recommended to change the configurations of main air blower and expander train and apply over-speed clutch. This will provide a guarantee for long-term and high-efficiency operation.
