低塔强制风冷造粒工艺生产尿基复合(混)肥技术

摘    要:介绍了低塔强制风冷造粒法生产尿基复合(混)肥的造粒原理和工艺流程,详细叙述了其主要核心技术、建厂面积和主要设备,估算了其技术指标和生产成本,并通过与传统滚筒法复合(混)肥生产工艺和高塔造粒技术进行比较,分析了低塔强制风冷造粒工艺的优点,认为该技术非常适合新建复合(混)肥生产装置,同时也适合小颗粒尿素装置直接改产大颗粒尿素或NK肥、NPK复合(混)肥的技术改造,应用前景广阔。
