钻机天车滑轮的有限元强度及模态分析

摘    要:滑轮是钻机天车的重要部件,设计中有必要掌握其静强度及动态特性。论文建立了天车滑轮的实体模型,在此基础上应用有限元软件对其进行了静强度分析,发现其满足强度要求;进一步对其进行了有限元模态分析,得到前六阶振型及固有频率,发现第一阶固有频率为52.6Hz,所对应的位移趋势较大,为98mm,工作中应注意调整钻台设备的工频,以避免共振。论文研究结果可用于指导天车滑轮的改进设计及钻井现场工况的调整。

Abstract:Pulley is one of the most important part of crown block,so in the design of which,analyzing the static strength and dynamic charac-teristic is very necessary.Its solid model is built in this work,based on which the static strength has been analyzed by finite element software.The result shows the structure can satisfy the strength requirement.In order to get the dynamic characteristic,finite element modal analysis has been done.The first six modes and natural frequency are achieved.The first natural frequency is 52.6Hz,which corresponds to the large displacement trends of 98 mm.In hence,during the working of pulley,the power frequency of drill floor equipment should be adjusted to avoid resonance.The results in this work can provide effective guidance for improved design of pulley and adjust the working condition in field drilling.
