热固性酚醛树脂粘结纤维过滤元件的研制

纤维管式过滤元件和过滤机是国外六十年代中、末期商品化的产品。该产品适用于高粘度、高浊度、高污染物负载流体的工业过滤，可广泛应用于电泳漆、油漆、涂料、皂液、润滑油、机油和其它高分子溶液的过滤与净化。本文讨论了热固性树脂溶液在深层过滤元件制备中的应用。讨论了粘合剂用量对滤芯性能的影响，计论了粘接改性剂、纤维渗透剂对纤维、微粒脱落、过滤阻力的影响。我们研制的产品已广泛应用在电泳漆循环过滤，内燃机切削油、汽轮机润滑油过滤，替代了国外进口产品，完成了国产化工作。

THE PREPARATION OF SINTERED FILTER ELEMENT FROM FIBRE BINDING BY THERMOSETTING RESIN

The cartridge folter containing fibre and apparatus was commercialized in 196os. It was suitabli for the industral filtration of flow liquid with high viscosity,turbidity or containing pollutant in quantity and wasused in the filtering purification of electrophoretic coating,paint,coating,soap emulsion,lubrication oil,engine oil and polymer soluiton of all kinds.In this paper,the application of plastic movolack,thermosetting movolack,aqueous solu-tion of movolock ant other thermoseting resin in the preparation of cumo tape filter element was described andthe efects of different quantities and types of binding agent,adhesive modi-fied agent and osmotic agent for fibre on the foltration properties of cuno depth filter element were discrsed. Its application tesult in several fields was reported also.
