车用温湿度一体化传感器设计

摘    要:在汽车自动空调系统中,最主要是车内温度梯度和相对湿度的控制,温湿度传感器性能的好坏直接影响空调系统的工作性能。由于空气的相对湿度受温度变化影响较大,针对汽车空调的应用环境设计了温湿度一体化的传感器,便于温湿度的测量和对湿度补偿,同时为保证测量结果真实可靠,采用直流无刷电机驱动风扇,强制空气流动的结构,具有结构简单、测量准确、响应速度快的特点,满足作为汽车配件的批量生产和互换性的要求。经检测,传感器的灵敏度与基本精度均达到设计指标。

Abstract:The most important technology of automatic air-conditioning system of automobile is how to control temperature grads and RH. The characteristic of temperature and humidity sensor affects the performance of the air-conditioning system directly. The RH in the automobile compartment is affected greatly by the changes of temperature. So in allusion to the special environment of automoblie compartment which automatic air- conditioning system works in, an intergrative sensor was designed to measure the temperature and humidity of automoblie compartment at the same time and to compensate the humidity. The sensor adopted brushless DC electromotor to drive cooling fans which force the air to flow. The sensor has a simple structre,accuracy measurement,quick reaction, and the results of the check-up of the related organization show that not only the linearity, but also the precision of sensor meets the design standard.
