| 摘 要： | 采用三维弹塑性有限元方法对矩形断面环形件冷态弯曲成形过程的弹复变形问题进行分析研究 ,通过对成型过程的计算机仿真 ,分析了在一定宽度和高度工况下弯曲成型后弹复变形的规律。对确定矩形断面环形件生产过程中主要成型工具的尺寸具有指导作用

| Abstract: | This paper adopt three-dimensional elastic-plastic FEM analyze research for the spring-back problem that rectangle section annular part cold conditions bends shape course, through the computer simulation for type course, have analyzed the law of spring-back under certain width and high operating mode to bend after type. Have guidance role for the size that determines the rectangle section major type tool in annular parts production course. |
