Because of the rapid development and broad use of internet leads a few problems,these problems causes the current law meets to the challenges which never known before,there fore leads to the universal concern by the people. In this article the author analysese all sorts of expression of the in security factors of the internet in the world and our country,explores for this reason introduces a series problems of law. The author under the base of analyzing the corresponding measures which have been adopted by every country in the world and our country, put forward the real train of thought concerning establishing a series security system of law from above to below.
