原位生长钙长石/莫来石复合材料的制备

摘    要:采用高岭土、氢氧化铝和碳酸钙等为主要原料,通过原位生长法制备了钙长石/莫来石复合材料.研究了烧结温度以及钙长石/莫来石质量比对复合材料性能的影响.结果表明:当烧结温度为1 400~1 420℃,钙长石/莫来石质量比为30:70时,所制复合材料的抗折强度达到128.9~151.7MPa.该复合材料与低介玻璃粉末复合制备出...

Abstract:Anorthite /mullite composites were prepared by the in-situ growth method using the main materials such as kaolin,aluminum hydroxide and calcium carbonate.Effects of the sintering temperature and anorthite/mullite mass ratio on the properties of the composites were studied.The results show that the highest flexural strength of the composites are 128.9-151.7 MPa,when the mass ratio of anorthite/mullite is 30:70 and the composites are sintered at 1 400-1 420 ℃.The in-situ growth prepared anorthite/mullite ceramic-glass composites exhibit better dielectric properties and higher flexural strength,which could be applied for the low temperature co-fired ceramic substrate materials.
