摘    要:为了提高BaTiO3陶瓷的介电性能并降低烧结温度,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成的Zn-B-Si-O(ZBSO)纳米复合物和BaTiO3粉体为原料制备了BaTiO3陶瓷.通过XRD,SEM、EDXA和介电性能测试系统研究了ZBSO的煅烧温度、掺杂量和烧结温度对BaTiO3陶瓷的组成,结构和性能的影响.结果表明:ZBSO掺杂量为质...
