火电厂主辅机布局新方案

摘    要:通过对火力发电厂主辅机布置方案的优化,将煤仓间与锅炉进行合并,将除氧器布置于皮带层内,取消了除氧间,并缩短了汽机房和锅炉房之间的距离,以节省空间和昂贵的管材用量,从而减小了投资.另外,汽机房采用了钢网架屋顶结构,检修设备采用门式起重机,缩短了施工工期,并达到了美化汽机房外观的效果.

Abstract:After optimizing the layout scheme of fossil fuel power main block plants,bunker bay is combined with boiler,deaerator is installed over the belt conveyor floor.Deaerator house is canceled,so it reduces the distance between the turbine house and boiler house,so that the space and expensive piping material cost is reduced.In addition,steel net frame structure is adopted on the roof of the turbine house,and the door type of crane is adopted on the maintenance device,so that the time of erection is eliminated ...
