摘    要:用NaAc/HAc缓冲溶液法和戊二醛固化交联法分别对羊毛织物进行抗菌肽整理,通过比较两种方法抗菌效果发现,戊二醛固化交联法的抗菌效果优于缓冲溶液法,尤其是在试样抗菌效果的耐水洗性方面。戊二醛固化交联加抗菌肽的优化整理工艺条件为:抗菌肽用量2.0 mL,戊二醛用量0.2%,固化pH值7.0,固化时间6 h。抗菌效果测试结果表明,此工艺整理的羊毛织物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均具有良好的抗菌作用。

Abstract:The antibacterial finish of wool fabric was carried out by soaking-rolling NaAc/HAc buffer solution and immobilized antimicrobial peptide by glutaraldehyde separately.Their antibacterial effect were compared and major parameters were optimized.
