SM型阳离子咪唑啉沥青乳化剂的合成研究

摘    要:报道公路铺筑和养护用SM型阳离子沥青乳化剂的合成工艺和应用条件。原料为某油脂厂的副产脂肪酸。合成反应由脱水加成、环化和季胺化三步组成,对有溶剂及无溶剂合成,均找到了相应操作参数。并经放大试验,产品质量稳定。沥青乳液的优化条件为油水比60:40,pH值为2.5一5.5,乳化剂用量0.25%一0.40%。试铺公路350m证明,乳化剂和乳液均符合交通部试行标准质量要求。该工艺为我国增添了路用沥青乳化剂新品种。

Abstract:The synthesis and application of SM-cationic asphalt emulsifier,imidazoline chlorideused in highway construction are presented.The raw materials used are fatty acid and amine.The reaction consists of three steps:condensation(140一180℃,1.0一1.5h),cyclization(180一250℃,1.5一2.0h)and quaterisation(80℃).The stable and effective emulsifier canbe obtained with or without solvent.Experiments have been carried out on enlarged scale. Inapplication,the optimal conditions are:ratio of asphalt to water, 60:40;pH,2.5一5.5;emulsifier,0.25%一0.40%,The technical indices shown in the 350m highway built inXianyang in 1989 proved that the quality of the emulsifier and elliulsion was in conformitywith that specified in the relevant Technical Standards of the Chinese Ministry of Communication.
