电磁驱动微进给机构的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种电磁式微进给驱动机构,并进行了动态特性分析。在其闭环控制系统中,用自学习控制方法自动调节系统各环节的传递参数,使微进给机构获得较高的频响与进给精度及较大的微进给行程范围。

Abstract:In this paper,a fine feed mechanism drived by electromagnetic force with a high response frequency and a large travel is introduced.Based on its dynamic characteristics analyses,all transfer parameters of its closed loop control system are regulated automatically by learning control method. It can get a high response frequency, fine feed accuracy and a large travel range.
