可燃药筒贮存寿命快速评价方法研究

摘    要:通过采用加速老化试验方法,研究了绕丝可燃药筒和模压可燃药筒的热安定性、化学稳定性和失效模型,对比分析了两种药筒的性能变化;并对经过长期贮存的绕丝可燃药筒进行多项性能检测,研究影响其贮存寿命的薄弱点和失效模型.利用相似产品预测法,建立了快速评价可燃药筒长期贮存寿命的方法.

Abstract:The thermo stability, chemical stability, and failure model of winding and molding flammable cartridge cases were studied with accelerated weathering test method. The performance change of the two kinds of cartridge cases was compared The weakness influencing the storage life and the failure mode was studied through various kinds of test on the winding flammable cartridge cases after long-term storage. The fast evaluation method for the storage life of flammable cartridge case was established based on the similar product method.
