振动压路机调幅液压系统设计

摘    要:目前国内大多数液压振动压路机在选择振幅时,只能在两个挡(大振幅与小振幅)之间选择,这样压实的路面难免会有诸如压实不足、过压或压碎骨料等问题,且作业效率低。开发“YZC12智能化串联式振动压路机”,实现了振幅的无级可调。重点介绍智能化压路机液压传动系统的设计及液压控制,对其液压控制方案进行分析比较,选择适合本机的电比例调速液压控制方案。对样机实测数据进行分析,验证了运用电比例调速方案在无级调幅振动压路机的可行性与精确性,为推广智能化作业机械群打下基础。

Abstract:For most existing domestic vibratory compactors, only two amplitudes (high/low) can be selected in operation. Under this condition, problems such as inadequate compaction, over compaction or crushed aggregate are unavoidable on compacting pavements and the operation efficiency is low.
