| 摘 要： | 根据制件结构制订了护罩分体成形工艺方案并设计了冲压模具,对2种模具的结构和工作过程进行了详细的分析和描述。通过实践证明,该项工艺技术简单可行,降低了生产成本,适合小批生产。

Forming Technique and Die Design for the Hood |

| Abstract: | Separating forming process of the hood and die are designed separately according to the workpieces structure. The structure and the working process of the two types of the die are analyzed and described in detail. Through the practice, the technology is proved simple and feasible, which reduces the production cost and meets the demand of small amount manufacturing. |
