摘    要:针对当前中职学校在校企合作人才培养中存在的问题,提出了"六层推进的双主体"人才培养模式,并对其内涵、背景意义、探索过程、实施平台、实施效果等关键问题进行阐述。在此基础上讨论如何让学校与企业共同成为人才培养主体,更加明确和真正发挥学校、企业人才培养"双主体"的地位和作用,形成互利互惠、优势互补、合作共赢的动力机制,共同培养社会真正需要的技能人才,为学校未来发展提供更加广阔的空间。

"Six Propulsion Layer of Double Subject" Personnel Training Mode Exploration and Practice
Abstract:In view of the current secondary vocational school in vocationl sehool-enterprase cooperation problems existing in the cultivation of talents, this paper put forward the "six layer propulsion double main body" personnel training mode, and the connotation, background, meaning, exploring process, implementation platform, elaborates the key problems such as effect, etc. On the basis of discussing how to let the school and enterprise jointly become the subject of talent training school, enterprise personnel training is more clear and real "double main body" the status and role, and to form mutual benefit, complementary advantages, dynamic mechanism of win-win cooperation, common develop society really need skills talents, provide more extensive space for school's future development.
