摘    要:为提高稠油多轮次吞吐井吞吐效果,采取了一系列技术措施进行多轮次吞吐井参数优化设计;进一步发展分层注汽技术,以适应多轮次吞吐后变化的油藏条件,改善分注效果,降低产量递减速度;针对多轮次吞吐后套管变形严重现象,采用小直径封隔器来解决这类油井的注汽问题;在采出过程中,针对储层能量降低、层间矛盾突出等问题采取分层采油技术,缓解层问矛盾,提高生产压差.通过分注分采规模实施,累计工业化应用6000余井次,增油100×104t,创造了可观的经济效益,正大力推广应用.

Abstract:With declining of heavy oil high-turns steam soaking wells effects, new technologies,new pipe strings,new programs have been adopted;the optimizing design of steam injection parameters; developing the separate layer steam injection technology to adapt changing reservoir conditions of many-turns stimulation, improving separate layer steam injection effects, lowering decline rate; minor diameter packer has been used to solve casing deformation wells; For the production link, the separate layer oil production technology is adopted to get rid of the interlayer interferences, enhancing production pressure differential. Since carrying out scale-implements on the separate layer steam injection and the separate layer oil production technology, it has been applied to 6000 wells or so in Liaohe Oilfield at lately years, bringing out considerable economic benefits, having been application and dissemination energetically.
