| 摘 要： | 基于重庆市科技型企业的问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型和多元线性回归分析探讨智力资本的三个维度对自主创新能力的影响大小。研究结果表明：人力资本、结构资本以及关系资本对科技型企业自主创新能力具有显著影响。

| Abstract: | Based on the questionnaire of science and technology enterprises in Chongqing,structural equation model and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the three dimensions of in-tellectual capital to influence the size of the ability of independent innovation.The results show that the human capital,structural capital and relational capital have a significant influence on the ability of independent innovation of science and technology enterprise.It is important for science and technology enterprises to strengthen the management of intellectual capital and improve the capability of inde-pendent innovation . |
