熵权-TOPSIS法在金属加工液配方优选中的应用

摘    要:针对金属加工液配方优选过程存在多指标要求、多方案等问题,运用熵权法确定指标权重系数,并根据TOPSIS方法的基原理,建立金属加工液配方方案优选模型。以水基金属切削液配方为例,对所建立的优选模型的适用性、可靠性进行了综合考察。结果显示:熵权-TOPSIS法应用于金属加工液配方方案优选是可行、有效的;为金属加工液配方方案的优选提供了一种科学而合理的新决策方法,因而具有较高的实际应用价值。

Abstract:Aiming at the multi-target, multi-program and other issues of metalworking fluid formulation optimization, the entropy method was used to determine the index weight coefficient, and the optimization mode of metalworking fluid formulation was constructed according to the basic principle of TOPSIS method. Taking water-based cutting fluid formula as an example, the applicability and reliability of constructed model in metalworking fluid formulation optimization were comprehensively studied. The results show that entropy-TOPSIS method is feasible and effective in metalworking fluid formulation optimization, and a scientific and rational new approach is provided to optimize metalworking fluid formulation, so it has high applied value.
