流化床甲醇制汽油的研究进展

摘    要:由于石油类资源的使用紧张以及醇类资源的相对过剩,甲醇制汽油工艺作为一个很有前景的研究方向而更加引人关注,流化床甲醇制汽油工艺相比于固定床工艺具有产物收率高,汽油品质优良等特点。主要介绍了使用流化床甲醇制汽油工艺的反应机理,催化剂的几种改性方式以及改性之后对于产物的影响,同时阐述了流化床工艺与固定床工艺的不同之处。

Abstract:The technology of methanol-to-gasoline has become the prospective research as it can alleviate the shortage of domestic oil and the overeapaeity of methanol production. The process of methanol-to-gasoline in fluidized bed has more advantage than MTG in fixed bed, such as higher product yield and better gas quality. In this paper, the reaction mechanism of MTG in fluidized bed was introduced; some methods for catalyst modification were discussed as well as effect of the catalyst modification on the products. At last, the differences between fixed bed and fluidized bed technology were described.
