油管旋转防偏磨技术研究与应用

曙光油田埋藏较深的区块开发至中后期,由于泵挂逐渐加深、油井斜度大等客观因素,油井管杆之间偏磨问题日趋严重,大规模应用的抽油杆扶正器等井下工具加剧了油管的偏磨,油管本体逐渐被磨成沟槽引起油管破裂漏失,甚至在丝扣联接处磨断。针对这一问题研制了油管旋转器,其作用是可带动油管柱缓慢旋转,使油管内壁均匀受磨,有效延长油管使用寿命。该装置在曙光油田应用后,大幅度延长了油井生产周期,提高了油井生产时率。

Development and Application of Tubing Rotating Device in Control of Eccentric Wear

Some deeper buried reservoirs of Shuguang Oilfield were in their middle-later period of oilfield development. Because of the deeper and deeper finishing depth of pumps, larger inclination of oil wells in these reservoirs and other factors,the eccentric wear of these wells becomes severe. And with the wide application of rod centralizers and other kinds of down hole tools, the eccentric wear becomes more and more severe. The eccentric wear leads to the inner wall of the tubing to be gradually worn to many grooves and at last makes the leakage of the tubing. Some even more worse, worn to apart at the joint part of threads. To resolve these problems we developed the tubing rotating device. Its role is making the tubing rotate at a slow pace and makes the inner wall of the tubing wearing evenly and prolongs the working life of the tubing. With the application of this device in Shuguang Oilfield, we prolonged the oil wells production period and enhanced the time rate of the oil wells.
