油缸活塞杆的位置测量

摘    要:测量油缸活塞杆的位置有很多种方法,但都要改变原有油缸的结构,使油缸工艺复杂化,增加了加工难度,不易实施。利用旋转编码器加磁性钢轮来检测油缸活塞杆的位置,可以不改变原有油缸的结构,同样可以检测油缸活塞杆的位置。经过实验,此种方法检测误差小于1mm。采用此种方法可以对一些老产品进行改造,也可以使新产品油缸工艺不必复杂化,因此节省了人力物力。

Position measure of cylinder piston rod
Abstract:?There are a lot of methods of measuring position of cylinder piston's rod,but they all change the structure of cylinder,the technology of cylinder is complicated ,therefor the processing of cylinder is more difficult,it isn't easy to put it into effect.The position of cylinder piston's rod is measured by rotary encoder and magnetic steel wheel.By this method,the structure of original cylinder isn't changed.By experiment,the error of this measure method is lower than 1?mm.The old products can be transformed by this method,and the process of new product isn't complicated,therefore manpower and material resources are cut down.
