| 摘 要： | 我国民营企业的发展虽然取得了不小的成就,但是在目前的发展中仍然存在很多障碍。一方面是由于民营企业自身的缺陷,另一方面却是因为制度的障碍。本文从制度障碍入手分析民营企业难于发展的原因,并根据这些原因建立了模型,通过模型的结论得出消除民企发展的制度性障碍的途径。

| Abstract: | Our country's privately operated enterprises have obtained great achievement,but still had many barriers in the present development.On the one hand is because privately operated enterprise's own flaw,on the other hand is because of actually the system barriers.This article obtains the reason from the system barrier which the analysis privately operated enterprise difficulty with develops,and has established the model according to these reasons.At last the article obtains the way to give off the system barriers through the model's conclusion. |
