| 摘 要： | 提出应用湿法烟气脱硫技术时值得关注的一些问题:加强脱硫装置运行的维护和管理;通过脱硫装置入口SO2含量的监测,合理控制入炉煤的掺混;严格控制吸收塔的水平衡,确保除雾器的安全运行;采用蒸汽吹扫替代压缩空气吹扫,以便有效预防GGH堵灰;将脱硫废水引入闭式循环灰渣水系统进行综合处理等。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward some problems worth close concern when adopting wet flue gas desulfuization (FGD) technology: to strengthen the maintenance and management of FGD equipment aperation;rationally control the blend of as-fired cool; strictly control the water equilibrium of absorbing tower; quarantee the safe operation of dernister;employ steam purge in stead of compressed air purge to effectively prevent ash fouling of GGH;lead the waste water of FGD into the closed circulating ash-slag water system to conduct the comprehensive treatment . |
