| 摘 要： | 分析了汽车座舱纵梁制件扭曲回弹,找出制件的问题发生的原因,在前期工艺设计阶段CAE分析的应用起到绝对的指导意义,确定最终整改方案,并且对于造型相似的同类大型制件,在模具开发制造时具有一定的借鉴作用。
