三球销式万向节三柱槽壳温挤压工艺及模具设计

摘    要:针对某三球销式万向节三柱槽壳的特点,提出了先挤压杆部后墩粗头部最后反挤内腔的三工步墩挤工艺方案并完成了成形该锻件所需的工艺分析和数值模拟。在此基础上,进一步优化分析,采用两工步温挤压成形。分别设计了墩粗模具和反挤压模具,并基于有限元体积成形模拟分析软件Deform-3D平台,对三柱槽壳零件温挤压成形过程进行数值模拟,模拟结果表明,两工步工艺方案设计合理,获得了良好的表面质量。

Warm Extruding Process and Die Design of the Tripod Universal joint Housing
Abstract:According to the characteristics of a tripod universal joint housing, Three-step pier process plan is proposed, that is to extrude rod first , then to upset forge the head, finally to anti-extrude the housing. The process analysis and numerical simulation of forming the housing is finished. On that basis, the further optimized two-step warm extruding process plan is adopted. And the upset forging die and the backward extruding die are separately designed. Based on the finite element simulation of bulk forming deform-3D platform, the warm extruding forming process of the housing is simulated. The simulation results show that two-step process plan is reasonable and a good surface quality is obtained.
