高温钛合金支架制件热成形工艺研究

摘    要:以BTi6431S高温钛合金带曲面法兰的盒形支架制件为对象,在分析其拉伸成形工艺特性的基础上,设计制造了热拉伸成形模,并拟定了相应的热拉伸工艺技术方案,经过热拉伸工艺试验,得到了满足图纸要求的合格制件。本文研究成果可为该类新型钛合金的热拉伸成形模及工艺设计提供参考。

Research on Hot Forming Process for High Temperature Titanium Alloy Bracked Parts
Abstract:With BTi6431S high temperature titanium alloy box bracket parts with curved surface flange as the object, based on the analysis of characteristics of the deep drawing process, it was carried out the design and manufacture of the hot deep drawing die, and proposed the corresponding hot deep drawing process solutions, through hot deep drawing process test, the qualified parts is obtained. This article research results can provide references for the die and process design of new titanium alloy hot deed drawing.
