铜合金基座浇铸工艺及模具设计

摘    要:在分析石墨材料特性基础上,应用金属浇铸成型理论,以高质密石墨板为材料,设计了浇铸铜合金基座的石墨模。该模具结构简易,制造周期短,浇铸的铸件质量高,外表面无缺陷,利于机械加工,废品率低。

Pouring Process and Mold Design for the Copper Alloy Base
Abstract:On the basis of the analysis of characteristics of the graphite material, by means of the metal pouring forming theory, using high density graphite plates as the mold material, a graphite mold for pouring the copper alloy base is designed. The structure of the mold is simple, which has greatly shortened the machining cycle, and the products poured have high quality with zero defect on the surfaces, which benefits the machining process, thus the rejection rate is lower.
