五星密封盖自动脱螺纹注射模设计

摘    要:根据双螺纹密封盖结构特点,对自动脱螺纹模注射模结构进行了设计。重点分析和研究了模具的侧向抽芯机构、浇注系统、内螺纹自动脱模机构、定距分型机构和冷却系统。通过采用斜滑块抽芯和蜗轮蜗杆传动机构,顺利完成了塑件的外侧倒扣成型和内螺纹的自动脱模。实践证明:模具结构合理,注射过程中各动作稳定可靠。

Design of Injection Mold with Internal Thread Automatic Demoulding for Sealing Cap of Liquid Storage Bottle
Abstract:According to the structural characteristics of double thread sealing cover, to automatically take off whorl mold injection mold structure design. Analysis and research is mainly focused on the mold within the side core-pulling mechanism, gating system, automatic thread demoulding mechanism, distance parting mechanism and cooling system. Through the adoption of technoloy core-pulling and worm gear and worm drive mechanism, successfully completed the invert the outer edge of the plastic parts molding and the internal thread demoulding automatically. The practice proved: the mold structure is reasonable, each action in the process of injection is stable and reliable.
