| 摘 要： | 青钢第一炼钢厂65t铁水罐脱硫采用了单吹颗粒镁脱硫工艺。生产试验证明，该工艺设备简单、自动化程度高、脱硫剂消耗及渣量和铁损较少、温降小，可以满足不同钢种的铁水脱硫深度要求，开发低硫品种钢。

| Abstract: | The desulphurization process by injecting magnesium particle is adopted in 65t iron ladle at No.1 steelmaking plant of Qinggang. The experiment shows that the process has simple equipment, high automatic degree, low desulphurizer consumption, small slag quantity, low iron loss, little temperature reducing, and can meet requirements of different steel grade's desulphurization, it can help develop kinds of low-sulphur steel as well as. |
