| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育向大众化方向推进,高等教育质量越来越受到教育界和社会各界的重视,通过对精英教育质量观与大众化教育质量观的阐述,初步探讨了高等教育大众化阶段应该确立大众化教育质量观;并由此延伸出了高校人才质量的衡量标准和保障机制。

| Abstract: | With our country's s higher education moving to the popular direction,educational circles and society from all walks of life pay attention to the quality of higher education.From the diffenrence of elite and mass higher education,the issue demonstrates that mass higher education must emphasize the quality.From above perspective,this article extends standards and ensures mechanism to higher education's training of bright people. |
