摘    要:从配置产品创新性与重用性相结合的角度探索了在集成环境下产品变型设计的发展规律,系统地提出了面向大批量定制的配置产品变型设计理论和方法.针对配置产品的不同设计域层次,定义了一整套适用于不同抽象层次和不同类型配置模型的递归化设计方法,通过不同设计域、不同层次、不同类型配置规则的模糊推理、模糊派生、柔性聚合实现设计过程的跃升和设计信息的继承.提出了配置单元派生进化、关联进化、替换进化的一整套方法,将配置单元进化演绎的历史与配置设计过程结合起来,实现复杂配置产品方案设计的自动化、递归化和可视化.结合企业具体应用将上述理论应用于实际产品开发中,取得了良好的效果.

Abstract:A new theory and method of configuration product variant design for mass customization was presented based on the study of developing principle of variant design in integrated platform, which focused on the innovation and reuse properties for configuration product. A serial recursive design methods were defined,which are applicable to various abstract levels and types of configuration models for diverse design domain levels of configuration product.The leap of the design process and the inherition of the design information were realized by fuzzy reasoning,fuzzy derivation and flexible aggregation among the configuration rules of various design domains,levels and types.A serial methods for derived evolution,associated evolution and alternative evolution were proposed to join the history of configuration units' evolutional deduction and the process of configuration design.In this way,the automation,recursion and video of the scheme design of complex configuration product were achieved.Furthermore,the new method was applied successfully to the modeling for some projects,and application results showed the utility,flexibility and robustness of the new technology.
