微波催化技术的应用研究进展

摘    要:微波催化是微波化学的一个重要分支,也是国际上的研究热点。它能够显著提高化学反应速度,提高选择性和产品纯度,而且能够节约能源,减少污染。研究表明,微波催化技术用于有机合成,能够明显改善反应环境,提高反应收率,甚至可以合成出用常规方法不能合成的有机化合物;在有机废水处理方面,微波催化能够将有机污染物彻底氧化分解;在工业钒催化剂的制备中,采用微波煅烧所得到的产品活性更高,机械强度更大。此外,微波催化还广泛应用于石油化工、材料制备等方面。

Abstract:Microwave catalysis is an important branch of microwave chemistry, and it is the focus of international research. It can not only speed up chemical reaction, improve chemical electivity and enhance the purity of production, but also save energy source and reduce pollution. The research indicates that microwave catalysis can change the chemical conditions with other catalysts in organic synthesis , improve the reaction efficiency, and even can synthesize organics that can not be obtained in routine ways. In the aspect of dealing with organic waste water, the pollution can completely be degraded. Microwave calcinations can be used to prepare the vanadium catalyst with higher activity and strengthen. Moreover, microwave catalysis could also be applied in oil chemistry, material production.
